minute visits:
Schedule this visit as an on-site visit or phone call. Get a chance to meet Dr. Janet and ask any questions. Learn how naturopathic medicine can address your health concerns and ask any questions. Note that specific recommendations or medical advice is not able to be given at this introductory consultation.
Just follow the three steps below:
1st STEP: Schedule your FREE 15 min. consultation.
Take advantage of this first visit see if you and Dr. Janet are a good match!
2nd STEP: Book your first appointment which is actually 2 sessions:

First visit is 90 minutes.

Second visit is a week or so later for 30 minutes.
3rd STEP: Complete CLIENT INTAKE FORMS ahead of time.
4th STEP:
Send Dr. Janet copies of any lab work you or your child has had
done in the past year ahead of time
After your initial two visits, it is very important for Dr. Janet to follow your progress. As your or your child’s health changes, modifications and adjustments may be needed in your naturopathic plan.
On average, follow-up visits are once a month for the first 1-3 months for 30 minute sessions. Sometimes 45 minute sessions or 60 minute sessions are needed based on the complexity of your health concerns.
